Why building relationships matter: 1. We are boy moms2. Both our boys are 203. We chat about being boy moms (Wheww) 4. We both open our calls with life chat - how are you? What’s happening this weekend?Kathryn Dungan and I met about a year and a half ago, at Cornerstone through a partnership with eSkillz. I cherish the relationship. Working together is so much easier when relationships are genuine. Thankful for the opportunity I get to meet amazing souls and build my network at the same time.

Thank you so much for your heartfelt post, Meenal! It truly warms my heart to see our connection highlighted! Our friendship holds a special place in my heart. I've cherished every moment of our collaboration and camaraderie. It's a testament to the power of genuine relationships in making work not just productive, but also deeply fulfilling. The simple act of starting our calls with a genuine inquiry into each other's lives, asking "How are you?" and sharing plans for the weekend, reflects the depth of our connection beyond professional realms. It's these small gestures of care and understanding that make all the difference.Your kindness, authenticity, and warmth have made our partnership not just a professional endeavor, but a true joy. Here's to many more enriching conversations, shared laughs, and milestones celebrated together. Thank you for being a shining example of the beauty of genuine relationships in both work and life. I think I speak for eSkillz as whole when I say we are beyond thankful for our partnership with the entire Cornerstone OnDemand team!!

One of the strategies in building a strong professional network Is being real. It's about bringing your true self to the table, sharing not just your successes, but your passions, challenges, and dreams. We are #1 serving these industries for business, life, and disability insurance. My goal is NOT to sell to them on LinkedIn, but to expand our networks to open opportunities as well as to learn more about them, their crafts, and what's important to them so I can serve them better. Here are 5 key people I follow:Manufacturing: Andy MelangContracting: Josh ShellContracting / Real Estate: Marc KuhnSmall Business Owners: Adam Kroener, Kristen MoegenburgWho do you follow in the same disciplines?Tag them below and share what they're known for.Happy Social Saturday!
