Where to buy Bubble Skincare; Plus the six products we love, tried and tested (2024)

LAST September, I logged onto a Zoom call with the Bubble Skincare team - a new beauty brand which was set to launch in the UK later that year.

I watched in awe as they held colourful skincare pots up to their webcam, pumped flower-shaped moisturiser onto their hands, and ethusastically explained what had gone into each formula.

Needless to say, I was excited for the brand to launch in the UK - but I never expected the brand to blow up quite so much.

Fastforward to December - when the brand finally dropped in the UK - and Bubble Skincare was everywhere.

Designed for teeange skin, soon colleagues with young daughters quizzed me on how they could get their hands on Slam Dunk Moisturiser or Come Clean Mask, and my social feed was awash with influencers squeezing Bubble formulas into their palms.

Six days later, Boots announced it had sold one Bubble product every minute since its launch - and the hype ensued from there.

Having already reached the highest echelons of skincare stardom, Bubble Skincare has earned its place as the do-it-all brand that's suitable for most ages and skin types.

With all of its offerings priced under £20, the brand champions innovative formulas and delightful packaging at a fraction of the cost of competitor brands.

There's just one issue - thanks to Bubble's success, the brand can be tricky to get your hands on.

So, I'll save you a job - here are all of my favourite Bubble Skincare products, and where to buy them.

What is Bubble Skincare?

Founded in New York in 2020, Bubble Skincare is an affordable skincare brand which came to in the UK in Dember 2023.

The brand has a simple mission - nourish, hydrate and protect teenage skin and beyond.

From masks to mists, the brand offers 12 skincare products which are all priced under £20.

Where to buy Bubble Skincare

Bubble Skincare has a dedicated website, which provides shipping to 200 countries worldwide (including the UK), but prices are in US Dollars ($).

However, Bubble Skincare is also stocked in a number of UK retailers.

You can currently shop the entire Bubble range instore and online at Boots, and even get your hands on a retailer-exclusive product, Morning Rays Brightening Eye Cream (£14).

Beauty Bay also stocks 30 Bubble Skincare options, including giftsets such as the Surf's Up Set (£62), which includes two Tree Hut products and two Bubble Skincare offerings.

Finally, Amazon stocks a wide range of Bubble Skincare products, including The Slam Dunk Moisturiser (£17.40) and Bounce Back Balancing Toner Facial Mist (£21.49).

Do Boots sell Bubble Skincare?

Bubble Skincare is stocked at over 200 Boots stores nationwide, including Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, London and Cardiff, alongside the Boots website.

Boots stock 12 Bubble Skincare products, including Bubble Morning Rays Brightening Eye Cream (£14) and Bubble Over Night Hydrating Sleep Mask (£19).

The retailer ships to most UK addresses - standard delivery takes up to five working days and costs £3.95 or free if you spend over £25, whereas next day delivery is priced at £4.95.

How much is Bubble Skincare?

Despite its aesthetic packaging, which make excellent gifts, Bubble Skincare is very affordable.

All of Bubble's offerings are priced under £20 RRP, with most products coming in at around the £15 mark.

Despite this, the products are formulated with nourishing skincare ingredients, such as hydrating hyaluronic acid and exfoliating salicylic acid.

Is Bubble Skincare good?

Bubble Skincare prides itself on effective, yet gentle formulas which are suitable for young and sensitive skin.

To maximise results, it's important to select the right product for you, as each Bubble product is designed to address a specific concern.

For soothing and hydrating dry skin, Bubble Skincare Slam Dunk Moisturiser (£16) is a great option - and its formulated with calming aloe leaf juice and avocado oil to tackle redness.

Hyaluronic acid is a power-ingredient for flooding the skin with moisture, improving skin radiance, texture and apperance.

The Bubble Skincare Water Slide Hydration Boost Serum (£18) is formulated with both hyaluronic acid and peptides for plumper, smoother skin.

What ages is Bubble Skincare for?

Bubble Skincare's formulas are generally suitable for most skin types, but some of the brand's offerings contain potent ingredients, which shouldn't be used on very young (under 14) or compromised skin.

Like any skincare brand, ensure you exercise caution when purchasing products to ensure the formula is suited to your skin type and addresses your concerns.

Where is the cheapest place to buy Bubble skincare?

The retailers that stock Bubble regularly adjust prices and partake in sales, meaning the cheapest Bubble outlet is always changing.

However, whilst its range isn't quite as diverse as Boots and Beauty Bay, Amazon seems to sash Bubble prices more frequently and dramatically than other retailers, so its worth keeping an eye out for its deals.

When it comes to cleanser, I don't like anything that is too much faff.

Whilst I'm all for innovative formulas and and powerful ingredients, I'm no fan of products that make washing my face more complicated than it needs to be - which is why I love Bubble Skincare Fresh StartGel Cleanser (£16).

This simple gel cleanser lifts away dirt and impurities, leaving skin feeling clean and balanced.

It's not the best make-up remover I've ever used (it's not designed for this purpose), so I use it as a second cleanse after removing my make-up with a cleansing balm.

My skin is prone to dryness and sensitivity, meaning I find lots of cleansers stripping or irritating.

However, thanks to aloe leaf juice and lavendar flower water, this cleanser leaves my skin feeling happy and balanced - perfect for winding down before bed.

If you're looking for a deeply hydrating, nourishing moisturiser, you've probably stumbled into this issue - so many formulas are too heavy, cloying and sticky.

However, gel moisturisers can be a good soution, as these lightweight formulas sink into skin, and instantly hydrate without leaving a trace.

I've been a fan of Bubble Skincare Level UpBalancing Gel Moisturiser (£16), since the first time I used it.

This cooling, calming water cream-esque moisturiser slides into skin, leaving your skin hydrated without any stickiness.

Enriched with niacinamide, for calming and moisturising skin, and yarow extract for restoring healthy moisture levels, this moisturiser can be used morning and night and even sits well under make-up.

I'd never really used an eye cream - they're not a 'must-have' for a twenty-something's skincare routine - until I started to experience dark circles around my eyes.

Keen to tackle the issue, but fearful of applying anything too heavy to such a sensitve area, I reached for Bubble - best loved for its gentle, calming formulas.

Bubble Skincare Morning RaysBrightening Eye Cream (£14), is an illuminating, dark-circle-tackling formula, which is enhanced with vitamin C.

The formula is lghtweight (sinks into skin in seconds), unscented and nourshing, and whilst it didn't elimate my sunken eyes - meaning I still had to reach for my concealer - it certainly brightens the area.

I'm such a fan of this moisturiser that, prior to my holiday last month, I spent half an hour trying to decant it into a travel size tube (verdict - it's tough).

Nourishing and restoring, this clever moisturiser soothes skin with the help of aloe leaf juice, whilst minimsing redness with avocdo oil.

The gentle formula also stars vitamin E, which has antioxidant qualities for tackling all things life throws at your skin (such as free radicals from the sun).

The moisturiser's playful packaging dispenses product in a flower shape - which frankly motivates me to reach for it during my skincare routine.

Whatsmore, it's lightweight and non-greasy, meaning it won't leave behind any oiliness or excess shine.
